Hello!

I’m Aurélie Letellier.

I am an ICF-certified professional coach, business strategy and marketing consultant, trainer and mentor supporting women leaders and entrepreneurs in the equestrian world.

Since 2015, I have been helping these women navigate the key stages that can deeply transform a business rooted in the human-horse relationship: clarifying a vision, strengthening a business model, structuring an organisation, stepping fully into leadership, and building a business that can grow without everything depending on the woman leading it.

After more than 200 long-term individual coaching engagements and the creation of numerous collective learning spaces, I developed the Croissance Intégrale™ method — an approach that connects life strategy, money, relationships and self-awareness.

Through Dream Wild, we put this experience at the service of equestrian business leaders who want to combine economic ambition, quality leadership, respect for the living world and greater freedom in their lives.

Our mission is to help equestrian businesses evolve and contribute to shaping the future of the horse world, by supporting the growth of the women who lead them.
